基于SolidWorks铸造起重机主梁结构疲劳寿命分析

摘要 铸造起重机起重量大、工作级别高,试验周期长、成本高,用试验的方法验证其疲劳破坏不易实现。应用Goodman曲线方程估算材料基本的S—N曲线,基于SolidWorks Simulation疲劳分析模块对主梁结构进行疲劳分析,并通过工程实例验证了起重机在其服役期内发生疲劳破坏的可能性。 It is not easy to verify fatigue rupture of foundry crane experimentally, which has a large weight and high working level, and the experiment need long cycle and high cost. Goodman curve equation is used to estimate the basic S-N curve of materials. Based on SolidWorks simulation, fatigue analysis is performed on the main beam structure. And the possibility of fatigue damage during the service period of the crane is verified by an engineering example.
