摘要
将磁记忆技术应用于储罐罐壁应力状态检测,发现了典型的整圈应力突变现象。利用常规无损检测方法复验,排除了宏观缺陷存在,判定是由于应力集中引起的早期损伤。并针对罐壁的应力分布状态及储存介质腐蚀特性进行了应力集中原因的研究和分析,为后期储罐使用及维护提供相应的对策。
The magnetic memory technique was applied to the stress state testing of the tank wall, and the typical whole cycle stress catastrophe was found. Rechecked by conventional nondestructive testing methods, the existence of macroscopic defects was excluded, and it was determined that the early damage caused by the stress concentration was caused. According to the stress distribution state of tank wall and the corrosion characteristics of storage medium, the cause of stress concentration was studied and analyzed, so as to provide corresponding countermeasures for later storage tank operation and maintenance.
