起升机构卷筒联接齿轮安全性探讨

摘要 针对工作级别A7级及以上,或吊运熔融金属等危险性较大的起重机,起升机构减速器与卷筒联接齿轮可能存在的安全隐患,通过齿轮表面比压强度的计算分析,提出了在用设备应加强对卷筒内齿轮磨损的定期检验,对新设计制造的设备应高度重视卷筒联接齿轮制造材质须与不同类型减速器相匹配的建议。 For cranes with high dangerous, such as work level A7 and above, or for molten metal lifting, there is potential safety hazard of gear connecting reducer and the reel. With pressure strength calculation and analysis of the gear surface, it is suggested that the periodic inspection of the inner gear wear of the reel should be strengthened during usage, the new design and manufacture equipment should be highly valued. The matching material of the reel connecting gear should be matched with different types of reducer.
