达夏甫:新疆畜牧厅老厅长(1950—1960年)

Daxijabu: The First Term Director of Animal Husbandry Department of Xinjiang Provincial People's Government

达夏甫是当代新疆政界中资格较老的领导干部之一。他于1949年底加入中国共产党,直到1965年9月去世,在短暂的16年中,为党和人民做了很多工作。尤其是在发展新疆维吾尔自治区畜牧事业及人民政协、党的统战等工作中作出了一定的贡献。达夏甫是党培养的优秀干部。作为新疆蒙古族中较早接受文化教育的一名有志之士,他在发展蒙古族文化,繁荣蒙古文报刊事业等方面也做了很多有益的工作。

Dashev is one of the eligible leading cadres in contemporary Xinjiang politics.He joined the Communist Party of China at the end of 1949,and died in September 1965.In a short period of 16 years,he did a lot of work for the Party and the people.Especially in the development of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region animal husbandry and the People’s Political Consultative Conference,the United Front of the Party has made certain contributions.Dashev is an excellent cadre trained by the party.As an aspiring person who received cultural education earlier in Xinjiang Mongols,he has also done a lot of useful work in developing Mongolian culture and prospering Mongolian newspapers and periodicals.
