摘要
本研究将固体样品制成均匀粉末,利用硫化物遇水和酸时放出硫化氢气体,硫化氢与乙酸铅反应生成黑色硫化铅,对牛肉面拉面剂中硫化物进行定性试验和定量分析。
In this study, solid sample was made into a uniform powder. Hydrogen sulfide is released from sulfides when they meet with water and acid. Hydrogen sulfidereacts with lead acetate to form a black sulphunzer.
