摘要
论述了"华龙一号"核反应堆围板和成形板组件的构成与装配技术要点,介绍了围板和成形板组件的安装步骤,并从螺纹连接件装配、螺纹连接件防松、1/4围板和成形板分组件装配时配磨、围板和成形板组件最终装配时螺栓拧紧顺序等方面分析了围板和成形板组件安装过程中的控制要点。
The construction and technical points for assembly of the baffles and formers assembly of Hualong No.1 nuclear reactor were discussed, and the installation steps of the baffles and formers assembly were introduced. The key control points during assembly process of baffles and formers subassembly was analyzed from the aspects of assembly of screw connector, anti-loose assembly of threaded connector, mated grinding of 1/4 baffles and formers sub-assembly during assembling, and bolt tightening sequence during final assembly of baffles and formers subassembly.
