介绍了普通砂轮与立方氮化硼砂轮的原理,对偏心外圆磨床使用立方氮化硼砂轮进行了可行性分析,同时确定了立方氮化硼砂轮修整方案。对偏心外圆磨床使用立方氮化硼砂轮进行了工艺试验,确认可以在不增加设备投资的前提下,提升生产效率,降低质量风险。
The principle of ordinary grinding wheel and CBN grinding wheel was introduced. The feasibility analysis of the eccentric OD grinder using CBN grinding wheel was carried out, and the dressing scheme for CBN grinding wheel was also determined. The eccentric OD grinder was tested with a CBN grinding wheel, which confirmed that the production efficiency could be improved and the quality risk could be reduced without increasing equipment investment.
