腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的全程护理管理

Application of whole-course nursing management in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨全程护理管理在腰椎键盘突出症中的应用价值。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月收治入院的142例腰椎间盘突出症行保守治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为A组(n=71)和B组(n=71)。治疗期间B组接受常规护理,A组接受全程护理管理。比较2组在遵医行为、住院时间、生活质量及对护理服务的满意度。结果与B组相比,A组患者更易遵照医嘱活动,平均住院时间缩短,生活质量更佳,其差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。A组患者对护理服务的满意度高于B组(P <0. 05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗中开展全程护理管理,可缩短患者平均住院时间,提高生活质量,改善患者对治疗的依从性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of whole-course nursing manage- ment in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Totally 142 patients with conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation were divided into the group A（ n =71 ）and group B （ n = 71 ）. Patients in the group B received routine care during conservative treatment, and those in the group A received whole-course nursing management. The treatment compliance, length of stay, quality of life and satisfactory degree of patients were assessed and compared between two groups. Results Compared with patients in the group B, patients in the group A had a higher compliance rate, shorter length of stay and higher score of WHOQOL-BREF after intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Patients in the group A were more satisfied with the nursing service compared with those in the group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The whole-course nursing management in conser- vative treatment of lumbar disc herniation is potentially effective to shorten the length of stay, im- prove the quality of life and increase patients＇ compliance to conservative treatment.
