PICC置管后应用艾慈灸穴位贴敷的效果观察

Application of acupoint application with magnetic moxibustion for patients with peripherally inserted central catheter

目的探讨经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)后应用艾慈灸穴位贴敷的效果。方法 100例行上肢PICC置管的患者分成治疗组51例和对照组49例。对照组按PICC标准流程进行护理,治疗组在标准护理流程的基础上给予艾慈灸穴位贴敷。观察置管后7 d内2组患者PICC导管换药次数及维护费用。结果治疗组患者PICC导管换药次数(1. 18±0. 46)次,低于对照组的(3. 38±0. 72)次(P <0. 01)。治疗组患者PICC维护费用低于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论使用艾慈灸进行穴位贴敷,能减少PICC置管后穿刺点换药次数,降低导管维护费用,对预防PICC所致静脉炎具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the acupoint application with magnetic moxibustion for pa- tients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods Totally 100 patients with PICC were assigned to the treatment group （n = 51 ） and the control group （n = 49）. Patients of both two groups received standard nursing procedure of PICC maintenance, and those in the treat- ment group were given acupoint application with magnetic moxibustion. The times of dressing change and cost of PICC maintenance were assessed and compared between two groups. Results The times of dressing change was （1.18 ±0.46） in the treatment group and was （3.38 ±0.72） in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. The cost of PICC maintenance in the treatment group was lower than that of controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of acupoint application with magnetic moxibustion may reduce times of dressing change and cost of PICC maintenance. It is potentially effective to reduce the risk of PICC-induced phlebitis.
