集束化护理策略预防脑卒中患者留置尿管漏尿效果观察

Effect of care bundles on prevention of urinary leakage in stroke patients with indwelling urethral catheter

目的探讨集束化护理策略对脑卒中留置尿管患者漏尿的预防效果。方法 106例脑卒中留置导尿管患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施集束化护理模式。比较2组干预1周和2周后漏尿及尿路感染发生情况。结果观察组干预后第1周、第2周漏尿发生率(1. 89%和7. 55%)、尿路感染发生率(1. 89%和7. 55%)均低于对照组(13. 21%和22. 64%、13. 21%和22. 64%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论集束化护理模式可有效降低脑卒中患者留置尿管漏尿发生风险,对预防尿路感染具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of care bundles on prevention of urinary leak- age in stroke patients with indwelling urethral catheter. Methods Totally 106 stroke patients with indwelling urethral catheter were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care during in- dwelling urethral catheterization, and those in the observation group were given care bundles to prevent the urinary leakage. The urinary leakage and related urinary tract infection were observed at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention. Results The rate of urinary leakage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention（1.89% vs. 13.21%, 7.55% vs. 22.64%, P 〈0.05）. The rate of urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention （1.89% vs. 13.21%, 7.55 % vs. 22.64 %, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of care bundles is effective to re- duce the risk of urinary leakage in stroke patients with indwelling urethral catheter, which in turn may prevent the urinary tract infection.
