混合痔术后疼痛的中医护理研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with pain after the surgery of mixed hemorrhoids

混合痔通常采取手术方式进行治疗,疼痛是混合痔术后最常见的并发症,寻求效果好且无不良反应的镇痛方式是临床工作的重点。本文通过回顾相关研究,对混合痔术后疼痛的评定方法、影响因素和中医护理干预措施做一综述,旨在为提高混合痔术后护理质量提供参考。

Hemorrhoids are a common cause of perianal complaints. In most instances, mixed hemorrhoids are treated by surgical treatments, and perianal pain is reported to be the main postop- erative problem. It is required to carry out an effective analgesia method without adverse conse- quence. This paper reviewed studies of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing for patients with pain after the surgery of mixed hemorrhoids, and summarized the pain assessment, influential factors and TCM interventions on postoperative pain, in order to improve the nursing quality for mixed hemorrhoids patients with hemorrhoidectomy.
