试论OBE理念下工程教育专业人才培养方案的改革研究 被引量:48

摘要 从分析OBE理念内涵入手,对比其与传统教育理念的区别,解读OBE理念的特点及目标、需求、过程、评价和改进五个核心问题,阐述其对我国工程教育人才培养规格分类标准由模糊走向清晰的重要意义。从培养目标、教学内容、培养制度、培养过程等角度分析我国工程教育人才培养模式的改革发展趋势,阐述OBE理念对工程教育专业人才培养方案修订的启示,即以学生为中心反向设计培养方案,以成果为导向改革课程体系,以毕业生素质要求预期课程达成度及学习程度和教学策略。
