摘要 本文以王家山污水处理厂二沉池回流污泥为对象,研究了酸碱化学法对污泥沉降和脱水性能的影响。在不同pH值条件下,笔者分析了污泥中SCOD(溶解性化学需氧量)、VS(挥发性固体)、SVI(污泥指数)、污泥含固率、真空脱水时间等指标的变化。结果表明,强酸预处理有利于污泥沉降,但脱水性能小幅下降;强碱预处理后,污泥的破壁溶胞效果显著,破壁溶胞效率达到17.35%,但不利于污泥沉降和脱水性能的改善。 In this paper, the effect of acid-base chemical method on sludge sedimentation and dewatering performance was studied with the return sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank of Wangjiashan Wastewater Treatment Plant. Under different pH conditions, the author analyzed the changes of SCOD (dissolved chemical oxygen demand), VS (volatile solids), SVI (sludge index), sludge solid content, vacuum dehydration time and other indicators. The results show that the strong acid pretreatment is beneficial to sludge sedimentation, but the dewatering performance decreases slightly. After pretreatment with strong alkali, the lysis of the sludge was significant, and the lysis efficiency of the broken wall reached 17.35%, which was not conducive to the improvement of sludge sedimentation and dewatering performance.
