在共青团工作中,基层团组织工作是基石也是堡垒。而高校共青团员在共青团中占绝大多数,高校青年在共青团发展史上发挥至关重要的作用。因此,高校基层团组织工作的改革是共青团改革工作的"牛鼻子",加强高校基层团组织建设和基层团工作是目前共青团工作的重中之重。本文通过分析高校基层团组织当下的工作状况,思考、研究其在改革中遇到的困难,重新审视高校基层共青团服务型工作,积极探索建立高校服务型基层团组织,继而增强高校基层团组织的生机和活力,增近团员青年与团组织的距离,加强青年对团组织的认同和感情,为共青团事业献上自己的绵薄之力。
