为了大幅度提升县级环境保护工作水平,监测人员须实时跟踪环境监测技术更新,同时要全面加大对本辖区环境的监测力度。在此背景下,本文首先阐述了环境监测的概念和类型,然后分析了环境监测在环境保护中的作用,指出当前县级环境监测工作中存在的弊端,最后探讨了县级环境监测今后的合理发展举措,希望引起更多关注。

In order to greatly improve the level of environmental protection at the county level, the monitoring personnel must track the environmental monitoring technology update in real time, and at the same time comprehensively increase the monitoring of the environment in the jurisdiction. In this context, this paper first expounds the concept and type of environmental monitoring, then analyzes the role of environmental monitoring in environmental protection, points out the shortcomings of current county-level environmental monitoring work. Finally, the rationalization development measures for environmental monitoring at county level are discussed, hoping to attract more attention.
