电炉炼钢厂环境影响评价中的技术要点探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着新建电炉炼钢项目的逐渐增多,环评审批对该类项目提出的要求也越来越高,使得做好这类项目环境影响评价工作的难度随之增大,其重点往往难以抓住。人们要根据多个电炉炼钢项目的编制经验,准确把握评审专家和环保主管部门对此类项目重点关注的方向。本文归纳了电炉炼钢项目在环评中的技术要点,为今后电炉炼钢项目的环境影响评价工作提供技术参考。 With the gradual increase of new electric furnace steelmaking projects, the requirements for such projects are getting higher and higher, which makes the difficulty of doing environmental impact assessment of such projects increase, and the focus is often difficult to grasp. According to the experience of the preparation of several electric furnace steelmaking projects, people should accurately grasp the direction that the review experts and environmental protection authorities pay attention to such projects. This paper summarizes the technical points of the EAF steelmaking project in the EIA, and provides technical reference for the environmental impact assessment of the EAF steelmaking project in the future.
