摘要
为验证无线传感器网络及其架构在船舶舱室机电设备振动测试上应用的可行性。文章通过分析无线传感器网络的优势,对现有无线传感器振动监测节点进行改进,设计了一种适合于船舶舱室的高采样频率无线传感器节点及其振动监测系统,结合所开发的无线传感器网络监测系统讨论了传感器系统架构、监测节点以及软件的设计;以有线监测设备为测试对比对象,通过现场试验,比较研究无线传感器监测设备和有线监测设备在系统构架、数据采集、数据传输、数据精度等方面的表现,验证无线传感器监测节点在船舶舱室机电设备振动监测应用中的可行性。
In order to verify the feasibility of the application of wireless sensor network and its architecture in vibration testing of marine cabin electromechanical equipment,this paper improves the existing wireless sensor vibration monitoring nodes by analyzing the advantages of wireless sensor network. A high sampling frequency wireless sensor node and its vibration monitoring system are designed for ship cabin. The sensor system architecture,monitoring node and software design are discussed in combination with the developed wireless sensor network monitoring system. Taking the wired monitoring equipment as the test object,through the field test,the paper compares and studies the wireless sensor monitoring equipment and the wired monitoring equipment in the system structure,data acquisition,and data acquisition. The performance of transmission,data precision and so on,verifies the feasibility of wireless sensor monitoring node in the vibration monitoring of marine cabin electromechanical equipment.
