中交天航局11 000 m3耙吸式挖泥船"通远"在施工中出现海损事故,球鼻艏局部损坏。在海损后,由技术部人员进行现场测绘,与船东船检确定修复方案,提前进行下料加工,并在该船进坞之前把换板用料加工制作好,在该船进坞后直接修复,达到了及时抢修的目的。
In the construction of the ＂ Tong Yuan＂ of the 11 000 m^3 rake suction dredger,the accident of sea average occurred and the head of the ball nose was partially damaged. After the average,the technical staff shall carry out on-site surveying and mapping,determine the repair plan with the ship owner＇s inspection,carry out the material processing ahead of time,and make the plate changing materials well before the ship is docked,and directly repair the ship after the ship is docked. The aim of timely repair has been achieved.
