大型船舶螺旋桨拆装工艺的改进

大型船舶修理时,在螺旋桨拆卸及安装过程中,若仍使用吊机、吊耳、高空作业车、气动葫芦等来完成工程作业,需花费大量的人力物力以及时间,增加了螺旋桨维修或换新的成本。文章从设计、使用、效益上介绍了1种新型螺旋桨拆卸工装,提高了工效并减少了工程作业时间。

In the process of propeller dis-assembly and installation,it takes a lot of manpower,material and times to complete the engineering work if the crane,hoist,aerial working vehicle,pneumatic hoist,etc are still used during the repair of large ship. This increases the cost of propeller maintenance or replacement. In this paper,a new propeller dis-assembly processing installation is introduced in terms of design,application and benefit,which improves the working efficiency and reduces the working time.
