农村信息化与农村经济发展效率耦合度分析——以甘肃省为例

The Coupling Analysis of Rural Informatization and Rural Economic Development Efficiency:Taking the Gansu Province as an Example

在综合应用层次分析法、数据包络分析(DEA)模型对2005—2014年进行测度和评价的基础上,应用耦合度模型对甘肃省农村信息化水平和农村经济发展效率二者之间的耦合关系进行分析。通过分析发现,2005—2014年甘肃省农村信息化水平不断提升;甘肃省农村经济发展效率在多数年份实现了投入和产出的最佳状态;甘肃省农村信息化与农村经济发展效率耦合度较高,农村信息化与农村经济发展效率一直处于协调发展的状态。

The analytic hierarchy process, the DEA model and the coupling model were used to analyze the rural information level and the efficiency of the rural economy development degree from 2005 to 2014 in Gansu Province, and the cou-pling model was used to analyze the rural information level and efficiency of rural economic development. The analysis shows that, the rural information level in Gansu province is increasing from 2005 to 2014; the efficiency of rural economic development in Gansu Province has achieved the best of input and output in most months; the coupling degree of rural in-formatization and rural economic development efficiency in Gansu Province is high; and the efficiency of rural informatiza-tion and rural economic development has been in a coordinated development state.
