This paper analyzes the situation of agricultural production and water resource shortage in China, investigatesand studies the current situation of popularization of water-saving agricultural technology in dry farming.This papersummarizes the main methods of agro-technical popularization of dry farming and puts forward four technical measuresfor future development of agro-technical popularization of dry farming.
