七叶树花挥发油的GC-MS方法优化及β-葡萄糖苷酶对七叶树花的增香作用

摘要 建立并优化七叶树花挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)的色谱分离鉴定方法 ,同时比较研究新鲜、干燥的七叶树花及其干燥花苞的挥发油化学成分,验证β-葡萄糖苷酶对其的增香是否有作用。运用GC-MS分别从新鲜七叶树花、干燥七叶树花和花苞的挥发油提取物中确证了44、27和34个化合物;证明β-葡萄糖苷酶可以增加七叶树花中某些香精成分的相对含量,但也使其中某些成分的相对含量减少。结果表明,七叶树花中的化学成分十分丰富,气相色谱-质谱联用技术可以对七叶树花挥发油进行良好的分离鉴定,同时实验首次对新鲜、干燥的七叶树花及其干燥花苞的挥发油进行了提取和分析比较,并证明β-葡萄糖苷酶对七叶树花的增香作用不显著。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique(GC-MS)was developed for the determination of the essential oils of Aesculus chinensis flowers.At the same time,the chemical constituents of essential oil from the fresh,the dried and the dried flower buds were comparatively studied.To verify whetherβ-glucosidase has an effect on its aromatization.The essential oil in Aesculus chinensis flowers was analyzed by GC-MS.44 compounds were identified from the flesh flowers,27 compounds were confirmed from the dried flowers,34 compounds were identified from the dried flower buds.It was proved thatβ-glucosidase can increase the relative content of some essential components in Aesculus chinensis flowers,but also reduce the relative content of some of them.The results showed that the chemical composition of Aesculus chinensis flowers was very rich.Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry can be used to isolate and identify the essential oil of Aesculus chinensis flowers.Fresh,dried flowers and their flower buds were extracted and analyzed for the first time.It was proved thatβ-glucosidase had no significant effect on the aroma of Aesculus chinensis flowers.
