河钢邯钢高炉提高喷煤比攻关实践 被引量:1

摘要 随着环保意识的逐步加强,煤炭生产、加工企业的关停、压产力度越来越大。冶金焦炭价格近期明显上涨。高炉用焦炭与喷煤价差进一步加大,降焦增煤可实现降本增效。河钢邯钢铁前系统2017年通过改善入炉原燃料质量、优化高炉各项操作制度、加强日常外围管理等措施,在实现炉况稳定顺行基础上,经济指标大幅改善。焦比较2016年降低了69 kg/t,煤比升高了47 kg/t,燃料比降低了22 kg/t,实现了降本增效目标。 With the gradual strengthening of environmental protection awareness,coal production and processing enterprises closures,the production compression pressure is more and more. Coke price has risen significantly recently,further increasing the price gap between coke and coal injection for blast furnace,reducing coke and increasing coal injection can achieve cost reduction and efficiency. By improving the quality of raw materials and fuels,optimizing the operation system of the blast furnace and strengthening the daily peripheral management,the economic index of the pre-system of Hansteel had be greatly improved on the basis of realizing stable and smooth furnace operation in 2017. The coke ratio was decreased by 69 kg/t in 2016,the coal ratio was increased by 47 kg/t,and the fuel ratio was decreased by 22 kg/t. The target of reducing cost and increasing efficiency was achieved.
