摘要
烧结在钢铁流程中,污染物排放量比较大,除SO_2等有害气体外,粉尘的排放量也相当可观。目前钢铁企业大都用电除尘器捕集和处理烧结烟气中的含铁粉尘。由于2#风机抽风段为烧结段,烟气含水分大,温度低,烟气中的SO_2与冷凝水结合生成亚硫酸腐蚀电场极板,使电除尘器不能有效发挥作用。介绍了河北文丰钢铁公司通过改造烧结机烟道,提高除尘器进口烟气温度,保证电除尘器正常运行的改造过程。改造后,提高了除尘效率,处理后的烟气实现了达标排放。
The pollutant emission of sintering is relatively large in steel process. Besides the emission of harmful gases such as SO2,the dust emission is considerable. At present,iron and steel enterprises mostly use electrostatic precipitator to capture and process the iron containing dust in sintering flue gas. Because the exhaust section of 2# fan is sintering section,the moisture content of flue gas is high and the temperature is low,so that SO2 in flue gas combines with condensate to form sulfurous acid which can corrode electric field plate,so that the ESP cannot play an effective role. This paper introduces the reformation process of Wenfeng Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. by reforming the sintering machine flue,increasing the inlet flue gas temperature of the dust collector and ensuring the normal operation of the ESP. After transformation,the efficiency of dust removal is improved,and the emission of treated flue gas reaches a set standard.
