摘要
提出了一种420 MPa级高强度低合金钢的生产工艺。基于低成本和良好使用性能考虑,设计了在低碳的基础上,适当添加Si、Nb和Ti等元素,同时匹配热轧低温卷取、冷轧较低的退火温度和较大的平整延伸率,通过细晶强化和析出强化达到所需的强度和塑性,成功开发冷轧420 MPa级高强度低合金钢。产品屈服强度430~450 MPa,抗拉强度520~550 MPa,延伸率为22%~26%。经过客户使用,效果良好,目前已经实现批量化生产供货。
A production process of 420 MPa high strength low alloy steel is proposed in this paper. With the consideration of low cost and good service performance,the cold rolled 420 MPa high strength low alloy steel was successfully developed by properly adding Si,Nb and Ti elements on the basis of low carbon,matching the hot rolled low temperature coiling,cold rolled low annealing temperature and high flatness elongation,and achieving the required strength and plasticity through fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening. The yield strength of the product is 430 ~ 450 MPa,the tensile strength is 520 ~ 550 MPa,and the elongation is 22% ~ 26%. After customer use,the product's effect is good. At present,mass production has been achieved.
