钢铁企业非计划品形成原因分析

介绍了钢铁企业非计划品的形成原因。现阶段钢企的运行模式已由生产组织模式变更为以销定产模式。非计划品的存在将增加库存量,占用大量资金,直接影响企业的资金周转和经济效益。运用思维共振法对非计划品形成原因进行分析、归纳,并引入统计专业分析软件Eviews对各项形成原因进行建模。对归纳的非计划品形成原因,构建一元线性回归方程,并进行参数估计及假设检验,对钢企合同的承接提供了技术支持。

The reasons for unplanned products in iron and steel enterprises are introduced. At present,the operation mode of steel enterprises has been changed from production organization mode to production by order. The existence of unplanned goods will increase the stock and occupy a large amount of funds,which will directly affect the capital turnover and economic benefits of enterprises. The causes of non-planned products are analyzed and summarized by thinking resonance method,and the causes is analysed by model ing with statistical analysis software Eviews. For the reasons of the non-planned products,a unitary linear regression equation is constructed,and the parameter estimation and hypothesis test are carried out,which provides technical support for the steel enterprise contract.
