Scrap purchasing is one of the most important expect of cost structure in Xuansteel Purchase Company.Making the three core tasks ＂ ensuring supply,decreasing cost and creating benefits＂ as mission,innovation has been carried out in purchase approach,supplier management,docking mechanism of phase and product, etc. Through a series of innovations,the control of resources has been greatly enhanced,and the task of scrap steel supply in the complex and changeable market environment in 2017 has been completed in an all-round way.
