竞合网络位置对企业创新能力的影响——基于汽车制造上市公司的实证分析

摘要 在产业结构转型的背景下,与竞争对手合作形成竞合关系成为很多企业提升企业创新能力的选择,因此竞合如何能够提高企业创新能力成为急需解决的重要问题。研究基于社会网络理论,研究了竞合网络位置对企业创新能力的影响。通过2006—2016年我国汽车制造上市公司数据的实证结果表明:网络结构洞位置对企业创新能力提升具有显著正向促进作用;网络中心性对企业创新能力的增强具有显著正向作用;网络中心性与结构洞两者相互补充共同提升创新能力。研究揭示了竞合网络位置对企业创新能力作用机制,发现了网络中心性与结构洞在创新过程中的交互作用,这对企业如何提升创新能力提供了新的建议。 In the context of the industrial restructuring,cooperation with competitors has become the choice of many enterprises toenhance their innovation ability. However,how to cooperate with their competitors to improve their ability to innovate has become anurgent issue that needs to be resolved. Based on the social network theory,this study focuses on the relationship between coopetitionnetwork position and the innovation ability of enterprises. The empirical results show that network structure holes and network centralityhave significant positive effects on the improvement of enterprise innovation capability respectively using the panel data of listed companies in automobile manufacturing from 2006 to 2016. Moreover,the network structure holes and the network centrality complement eachother on the joint promotion of enterprise innovation ability. This paper reveals the mechanism of network position effect on the innovation capability of enterprises in coopetition network. Different from the previous studies,this study finds the interaction effect of between network centrality and structure holes,which provides new suggestions for enterprises to enhance their innovation performance.
