基于产业创新生态系统视角的新能源汽车发展路径研究——以江苏泰州为例

Research on the Development Path of New Energy Vehicles Based on the Perspective of Industrial Innovation Ecosystem——A Case Study of Taizhou in Jiangsu Province

基于产业创新生态系统理论从功能角度构建了新能源汽车产业创新生态系统模型。以江苏泰州为例,基于调研,分析了泰州新能源汽车产业创新生态系统现状,认为当前存在的主要问题是优势、先锋种群创新能力不强,提出要加快培育龙头企业、加快创新驱动发展构建产业核心竞争力、以产业链为主线加快产业创新生态集群构建、加强产业创新生态系统设计等路径优化对策及建议。

New energy vehicles are one of the strategic emerging industries in China. Path selection has strategic significance foraccelerating high quality development of industry. Based on the theory of industrial innovation ecosystem,this paper focuses on themodel of new energy vehicles industry innovation ecosystem from the angle of ecosystem innovation function. Based on the investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing questions of the new energy vehicles industry innovation ecosystem inTaizhou of Jiangsu Province. It is considered that the main problem existing in the current situation is the weak innovation ability of thedominant population and the pioneer population. It is proposed to speed up the cultivation of the leading enterprises,the developmentof innovation driven development to build the core competitiveness of the industry,accelerate the construction of the industrial innovation ecological cluster and strengthen the design of the industrial innovation ecosystem.
