基于ABC-SVM的国内通航项目融资能力评价

Evaluation of Financing Capacity of Domestic General Aviation Projects Based on ABC-SVM

通用航空项目对推动科技创新有积极作用,是推动经济发展的重要力量。资金问题是通用航空发展的关键,由于目前行业内部缺乏有效的项目融资能力评价指标,融资问题始终影响着产业的发展。结合我国通用航空项目融资特点,建立指标体系、设计问卷和评分表;依据当前融资能力评价方法,建立基于ABC(蜂群算法)-SVM(支持向量机)的通用航空项目融资能力评价模型,并对四组通航项目进行调研,对所构建的模型进行验证。运算结果表明,ABC-SVM模型分类预测、分类结果可以有效评价通航项目融资实力,且分类精度达到89%以上。最后,对如何提升通航项目融资能力提出几点建议。

The general aviation project is an important force for economic development. It plays an important role in promotingtechnological innovation. The key to the development of general aviation is funding. Currently,the industry lacks effective evaluationindicators for project financing capabilities. Therefore,the financing issue has always affected the development of the industry. Combining the characteristics of the financing of Chinas general aviation project,this article establishes indicators,designs questionnairesand score tables;based on the current financing capability evaluation method,this article establishes a general aviation project financing capability evaluation model based on ABC （ Artificial Bee Colony） SVM （ Support Vector Machine） ;four groups of general aviation projects were investigated to verify the constructed model. The calculation results show that the ABCSVM model is suitable for evaluating the financing strength of the general aviation project in classification prediction and classification results,with the classification accuracy of over 89%. At the end,this article provides suggestions for the industry to strengthen the financing capabilities of general aviation projects.
