摘要
作为积极取向的一部分,正向领导是组织层面最重要的积极变量之一,已成为积极组织学术研究的主要议题。在梳理正向领导概念内涵、结构维度的基础上,比较正向领导与其他积极取向类型的领导的联系和区别,接着回顾了正向领导的前因和结果研究,最后指出正向领导的研究尚处于起步阶段,理论探讨较多而实证研究缺乏,正向领导的内涵、测量、影响因素和结果效能仍有待未来进一步探讨。
Positive leadership,as a part of positive orientation,is one of the most important positive variables at organizationallevel,which has become a leading topic in positive organizational scholarship. On the basis of combing the concepts and dimensions ofpositive leadership,the relationship and difference between positive leadership and other leadership types of positive orientation arecompared. Then this paper reviews the literature regarding the antecedents and consequences of positive leadership,and points out thatthe research on positive leadership is still in its infancy,full of theoretical discussions but lack of empirical research. The connotation,measurement,impacts and effects of positive leadership need to be further explored in the future.
