腹腔镜内环结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝合并精索睾丸鞘膜积液临床研究

Clinical Study of the Application of Laparoscopic Internal Ring Ligation in the Treatment of Children with Oblique Inguinal Hernia and Spermatic Cord Testicular Hydrocele

目的探索腹股沟斜疝合并精索睾丸鞘膜积液患儿应用腹腔镜内环结扎术实施治疗的方法及疗效。方法选择梧州市中医医院于2016年1月—2017年12月间收治的腹股沟斜疝合并精索睾丸鞘膜积液患儿86例作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组43例均接受传统开放性手术,研究组43例均接受腹腔镜内环结扎术。结果研究组患者手术时间、住院时间明显性短于对照组(P <0. 05),术中出血量明显性少于对照组(P <0. 05),其生存质量评分明显性高于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组患者接受手术治疗后复发率为0,低于对照组的9. 30%(P> 0. 05)。两组患者均无明显并发症发生。结论腹股沟斜疝合并精索睾丸鞘膜积液患儿应用腹腔镜内环结扎术实施治疗,可以有效缩短手术时间以及住院时间,降低术中出血量和术后复发率,安全性高。

Objective To probe on the approach and efficacy of the application of laparoscopic internal ring ligation in the treat- ment of children with oblique inguinal hernia and spermatic cord testicular hydrocele. Methods 86 children with oblique inguinal hernia and spermatic cord testicular hydrocele were selected as research targets, and were randomly divided into the research group（n = 43 ） and the control group（ n = 43 ）. The control group received traditional open surgery, and the research group received laparo- scopic internal ring ligation. Results Compared with those of the control group, the duration of operation and hospitalization of the research group was significantly shorter（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the intraoperative bleeding was significantly lower（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the life quality scoring was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The postoperative recurrence rate of the research group was 0, which was significantly lower than that of the control group which was 9. 30% （P 〉 0. 05）. There was no occurrence of complications in two groups. Conclusion The application of laparoscopic internal ring ligation in the treatment of children with oblique inguinal hernia and spermatic cord testicular hydrocele can effectively shorten the duration of operation and hospitalization, reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative recurrence. And the treatment is highly secure.
