阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠及头孢呋辛钠治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Azithromycin Combined with Montelukast Sodium and Cefuroxime Sodium in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

目的探究阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠及头孢呋辛钠对儿童肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的症状改善、肺功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选择2015年8月—2017年8月期间在驻马店市第一人民医院儿科治疗的86例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表分成两组,每组43例。对照组采取阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠。比较两组症状与体征改善时间,并比较入院时与治疗后肺功能指标及炎性因子水平。结果观察组退烧时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间及X线浸润阴影消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后FVC、FVE1、PEF水平均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后IL-4、IL-10、CRP水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论儿童肺炎支原体肺炎采取阿奇霉素及头孢呋辛钠联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,有助于促进临床症状改善,提高肺功能,降低炎症反应。

Objective To explore the effects of Azithromycin combined with montelukast sodium and cefuroxime sodium on symptoms improvement, pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods 86 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in Pediatrics in Zhumadian People＇s Hospital from August, 2015 to August, 2017 were selected as the research object, according to the random number. The table was divided into 2 groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Azithromycin combined with cefuroxime sodium. The observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group. The improvement time of the symptoms and signs in the two groups was compared, and the pulmonary function index and the inflammatory factor level after admission and treatment were compared. Results The time of fever re- duction, cough disappearance, rale disappearance and X-ray shadow disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P 〈0. 05）, and the levels of FVC, FVE1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was significant （P 〈0. 05）, and the level of IL-4, IL-10 and CRP in the observation group was lower than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Azithromycin and cefuroxime sodium combined with montelukast sodium can improve clinical symptoms, improve lung function and decrease pulmonary function in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, and decrease inflammanation reaction.
