促性腺激素联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症结局分析 被引量:1

Outcome Analysis of Gonadotropin Combined with Letrozole in the Treatment of Infertility with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

摘要 目的观察多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者应用促性腺激素联合来曲唑治疗对排卵情况及妊娠率的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2017年9月洛阳市中心医院收治的70例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组予以促性腺激素治疗,观察组给予促性腺激素联合来曲唑,比较两组性激素水平、排卵情况与妊娠率。结果观察组性激素水平低于对照组,优势卵泡数、排卵数以及妊娠率均高于对照组,卵泡生长时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论针对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者采用促性腺激素联合来曲唑治疗对于排卵情况改善、妊娠率提高具有积极促进作用。 Objective To observe the effect of gonadotropin combined with letrozole on ovulation and pregnancy rate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 70 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) from January, 2016 to September, 2017 were randomly divided into two groups (35 cases each group). The control group was treated with gonadotropin, and the observation group was treated with gonadotropin combined with letrozole. The sex hormone level, ovulation and pregnancy rate of two groups were compared. Results The level of sex hormone in the observation group was lower than those in the control group. The number of dominant follicles, ovulation and pregnancy rate were higher than those in the control group, and the follicle growth time was shorter. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion For infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, gonadotropin combined with letrozole can improve ovulation and pregnancy rate.
