声诺维实时超声造影在超声介入治疗肝癌疗效中的应用

Application of Sono Vue Real-time Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in Interventional Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨研究声诺维(Sono Vue)实时超声造影在超声介入治疗肝癌疗效中的应用。方法将中国人民解放军第一五二中心医院收治的肝癌患者中随机抽出70例,均在给予其介入治疗基础上进行超声检测,后以患者手术病理结果为依据来对其均行常规彩超检查及Sono Vue实时超声造影检测,比较两组检测方法的临床效果。结果肝癌患者行超声介入治疗前,70例患者中共存在82个病灶组织,经超声造影检查后,其影像结果均呈现出早期动脉有球状包绕、弥漫现象,且病灶组织存在快进快出及造影剂作用于患者门脉期时其病灶组织轮廓清晰; Sono Vue实时超声造影的病灶诊断准确率较常规彩超检查对应值高(96. 34%> 64. 63%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论针对肝癌患者在超声介入治疗后应用Sono Vue实时超声造影进行检测,有效加强了患者病灶组织图像呈像的清晰度,对提高其病情诊断结果的精准性具有重要的显示意义,为患者后期治疗提供依据,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the application of SonoVue real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasound in interventional treat- ment of hepatoeellular carcinoma. Methods 70 patients with liver cancer were randomly selected from the hospital. All patients were examined by ultrasound on the basis of interventional therapy, and then they were examined by conventional color Doppler ultrasonog- raphy and SonoVue real time contrast-enhanced ultrasound according to the results of operation and pathology. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results 82 lesions were found in 70 patients with liver cancer before ultrasound interventional therapy. After contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, the imaging results showed that the early arteries were spherical and diffuse. The diagnostic accuracy of sonoVue real time contrast-enhanced ultrasound was higher than that of conventional ultrasound examination（ 96.34% 〉 64.63% ） , and there was significant difference between them （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion SonoVue real time contrast-enhanced con- trast eehoeardiography is used to detect liver cancer patients after ultrasound intervention therapy, which can effectively enhance the clarity of image presentation of the lesions, and improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of liver cancer, in order to provide the basis for the later treatment of patients. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
