丹山摩崖石刻群是大酉山文化不可缺失的有机部分,为辰阳增加了浓厚的人文气息,同时也是古代辰阳县邑水路发达,商埠繁华的历史见证。丹山摩崖石刻群无论是从书法艺术,还是从石刻工艺看,都可以说是工艺美术中的精品,是前人留下的一笔珍贵财富。地方政府应保护利用好丹山摩崖石刻群,深入发掘其文化艺术价值,使之成为辰溪县乃至整个湘西地区人文旅游景观中的一道亮丽风景。

Danshan Cliff Stone carving Group is an indispensable part of the Daxian Mountain culture,which adds a stronghumanistic atmosphere to the Chen Yang. It is also the historical witness of the flourishing commercial port and the developed YishuiRoad in the ancient city of Chenyang County. Whether from the calligraphy art or from the stone carving process,Danshan CliffStone carving Group can be said to be the fine arts and crafts and isa precious wealth left behind by predecessors. The localgovernment should protect and make good use of the rock carving group of the cliff of Danshan,and deeply explore its cultural andartistic value so as to make it a bright scenery in the cultural tourism landscape of Chenxi County and even the whole Xiangxi area.
