金融自由化思潮是上世纪70年代发达国家针对发展中国家普遍存在"金融抑制"影响经济发展的状况开出"解药"而引领的思想潮流,其核心主张是利率自由化、业务自由化、金融机构准入自由化和资本流动自由化,其对发展中国家金融改革和经济发展的影响利弊并存,其兴起和盛行背后的逻辑主要是金融资本主义的制度逻辑、新自由主义外溢的理论逻辑和自由意志定在的精神逻辑。

The trend of financial liberalization is the ideological trend led by developed countries in the 1970s in response tothe prevalence of“financial suppression”affecting economic development in developing countries. The core idea is the liberalizationof interest rate and business,free entry of financial institutions as well as the liberalization of capital flows whose impact on financialreform and economic development in developing countries is a double-sword. The logic behind its rise and prevalence mainly includethe institutional logic of financial capitalism,the theoretical logic of neoliberal spillovers and the spiritual logic of free will.
