基于熵值法的城市群旅游业绩效评价--以长株潭城市群为例

Evaluation on Urban Agglomeration Tourism Performance Based on Entropy Method--A Case Study of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

城市群旅游业绩效评价是一个重点问题。构建了由经济、市场、效率、环境在内的旅游业绩效评价体系,运用熵值法对2010-2016年长株潭城市群旅游业绩效进行了综合测度。研究表明:(1)长株潭城市群整体旅游业绩效值较高,总体呈现平稳上升趋势。(2)长株潭城市群内部间旅游业绩效值差距较大,发展不平衡,其中长沙的绩效值比株洲湘潭高,三城市间四个绩效也存在不同程度的差异,经济绩效和市场绩效较高,效率绩效次之和环境绩效最低。

The tourism performance evaluation of urban agglomeration isa key issue. This article constructs the evaluationsystem of tourism industry performance from four aspects including economy,market,efficiency and environment,measuring thetourism industry performance of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan （Chang-Zhu-Tan ） Urban Agglomeration from 2010 to 2016 byusing the entropy method. The results were obtained as follows. （1 ） The overall tourism performance of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration is relatively high,and ona steady upward trend. （2） Values differ greatly from inner urbanagglomeration with unbalanced development. The value of Changsha is higher than Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,in which that value of thethree cities are different. Economic performance and market performance are higher,the efficiency performance is second andenvironmental performance is the lowest.
