摘要
基于宝天曼自然保护区1 hm^2温带落叶阔叶林样地,对样地内不同基质上的苔藓进行调查,通过联结系数和χ~2检验,分析了温带落叶阔叶林不同基质上苔藓种间关系.研究结果表明:(1)样地中共有藓类植物20科47属88种,有苔类10科11属12种.其中生长在石头上苔藓的物种丰富度最高,有78种;其次是附生于树干的苔藓有61种;土生苔藓有55种;腐木生的苔藓物种丰富度最低,有33种.(2)不同基质上的苔藓群落被不同的苔藓物种所主导,石生苔藓的优势种是长肋青藓(Brachythecium populeum),土生苔藓的优势种是小仙鹤藓(Atrichum crispulum),树附生的苔藓优势种是羊角藓(Herpetineuron toccoae),腐木生的苔藓优势种是短叶毛锦藓(Pylaisiadelpha yokohamae).(3)分别分析了不同基质重要值前20苔藓种对的联结情况,石生苔藓正联结的种对有40.00%,显著正联结有5.79%;土生苔藓正联结的种对为35.79%,显著正联结为5.26%;树生苔藓正联结的种对有50.52%,显著正联结有13.68%;腐木生苔藓正联结的种对占39.47%,显著正联结为8.42%.除树生苔藓,其他3种基质苔藓的优势种对间大多呈负联结,呈显著的种对不是很多.整体而言,多数苔藓属于独立分布而不是联结分布.(4)不同基质上苔藓种间联结情况有很大的改变,相同两个种间关系会因为附生基质的不同而发生变化.但是也有在4种基质上都表现相同联结性的种对.
Based on the 1 hm-2 temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest plots in Baotianman Nature Reserve,thebryophytes on different substrates in the plots were investigated. The relationship among bryophytes species ondifferent substrates was analyzed by the association coefficient and χ-2-test. The results showed that:(1)therewere 88 mosses in 20 families of 47 genera and 12 liverworts in 10 families of 11 genera. The species richness ofthe rock bryophytes was the highest with 78 species. There were 61 kinds of tree bryophytes. There were 55 kinds of soilbryophytes. The dead wood bryophytes of species richness was the lowest with 33 species.(2)The bryophyte communitieson different substrates were dominated by different bryophytes. The dominant bryophyte in the rock was Brachythecium populeum,and the dominant bryophyte in the soilis was Atrichum crispulum. The dominant bryophyte in the tree was Herpetineuron toccoae,and the dominant bryophyte in the dead wood was Pylaisiadelpha yokohamae.(3)There were 40.00% of the species pairs that were being positive association in the rock,of which 5.79% were significantlypositive association. 35.79% of the species pairs that were being positive association in the soil,of which 5.26% weresignificantly positive association. 50.52% of the species pairs that were being positive association in the tree,of which 13.68% were significantly positive association. 39.47% of the species pairs that were being positive association inthe dead wood,of which 8.42% were significantly positive association.(4)There was a great change in the associationof bryophytes species among different substrates. However,there were also species pairs showed the same associationon all four substrates.
