摘要
应用废砖料配制混凝土是废旧资源利用的有效途径,是环境保护的需要.采用正交试验方法和对比试验,对再生碎砖骨料混凝土的性能及其配合比进行试验研究,结果表明,废砖骨料再生混凝土的抗压强度可以达到10~49 MPa,流动性坍落度可以在10~160 mm之间;水灰比、骨料处理方式、砂率及砖骨料用量等因素对混凝土性能有显著影响;砖骨料包浆处理可提高混凝土抗压强度15%~43.5%;以水灰比、砂率、砖骨料用量为基本参数的假定表观密度法进行配合比设计是可行的.再生碎砖骨料混凝土具备实际应用的性能条件.
Using recycled brickbat aggregate concrete is an effected way to recycle waste and used materials and toprotect environment. Through comparative and cross-field experiments,the paper explores the property of recycledbrickbat aggregate concrete and its mixture ratio. The results show that the compressive strength is up to 10-49 MPa;slump mobility could reach to 10-160 mm;water cement ratio,the processing methods,sand ratio and amount ofbrickbats show obivious impact on concrete property;wrapped slurry of brickbat aggregates increase the compressivestrength of concrete by 15%-43.5%;it’s feasible to determine mixture ratio by assuming apparent density whichtakes water cement ratio,sand ratio and brickbat aggregates usage amount as basic parameters. The conclusion is thatrecycled brickbat aggregate concrete is applicable in reality.
