The Science and Technology Policy and Its Evaluation of the Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area

郑洛新国家自主创新示范区自成立以来,在科技体制、机制改革政策进行先行先试方面取得了初步成效.对目前郑洛新自创区成立前后发布实施的科技政策,特别是对各项政策的关键点和着力点进行梳理汇总.通过分析郑洛新自创区成立前后的郑洛新整体科技创新能力情况,初步评价科技政策实施后的科技创新成效.最后根据调研反馈情况,分析政策存在的问题并提出相应的建议.

Since the Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area was established,the reform policiesof science and technology system and mechanism have been showing the initial results. We summarized and teasedout the science and technology policies,which released and implemented before and after the founding of Zheng-Luo-Xin National Innovation Demonstration Area,especially for their key points. By analyzing the overall situationof science and technology innovation ability before and after its founding,we carried out the preliminary evaluationof the science and technology innovation achievements for those policies implementation.
