动机性访谈护理干预应用于肝癌患者术后对康复效果、失眠发生率的影响

Effect of Motivational Intervention Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation Effect and Insomnia in Postoperative Patients with Liver Cancer

目的探讨动机性访谈护理干预应用于肝癌患者术后对康复效果、失眠发生率的影响。方法选取2016年8月～2017年1月我院收治行常规护理干预的肝癌术后患者48例作为对照组。选取2017年2月～7月我院收治行动机性访谈护理干预的肝癌术后患者48例作为观察组。比较两组康复效果、失眠发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组失眠发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动机性访谈护理干预应用于肝癌患者术后可有效促进其术后康复,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of motivational interview nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect and the incidence of insomnia in patients with liver cancer. Methods 48 patients with postoperative hepatocellular carcinoma underwent routine nursing intervention from August 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected as the control group. 48 cases of postoperative hepatocellular patients underwent motivational interview nursing intervention from February 2017 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group. The two groups of rehabilitation, the incidence of insom nia and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The time of first exhaustion, the time of first defecation and the time of first bed-entry in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of in somnia in the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the obser vation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The motivational interview nursing intervention applied to patients with liver cancer can effectively promote postoper ative recovery and improve the quality of sleep, which deserves clinical promotion.
