环境现状调查在建设项目环评中扮演着非常重要的角色,可以为环境影响评价工作提供区域环境质量参数值,很大程度上影响着环评结论的真实性与有效性。而在实际的现状调查工作中,却容易出现随意套用现有资料、监测资料可靠性有待于提高等问题,文章针对环评现状调查中存在的问题,对应重点关注的因素及规范操作进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议,力求提高现状调查的质量,更好的为环境影响评价工作服务,保证环境影响评价的科学性与可靠性。

Environmental status survey plays a very important role in the environmental assessment of construction projects. Itcan provide regional environmental quality parameters for environmental impact assessment, which greatly affects the authenticityand effectiveness of the EIA conclusions. In the actual situation investigation, it is easy to use the existing data and the reliabilityof monitoring data to be improved. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the current situation investigation of the environmental assessment, analyzes the key factors and the operation of the standard, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions on this basis. We should strive to improve the quality of current investigation, better serve the work of environmental impact assessment, and ensure the scientificity and reliability of environmental impact assessment.
