摘要
针对当前生态墙板承载力计算准确性差的问题,提出基于下包线的墙板抗剪承载力计算方法。采用主拉应力的破坏概念,计算生态墙板砌块受力状况,求出主拉应力理论值,得到包含与不包含墙板边框柱时的墙板抗剪承载力计算值。实验表明,该方法计算值与试验值准确度高,具有较高的应用价值,针对生态墙板在施工时产生的生态环境影响问题,提出环保理念和封闭式生产管理等建议。
In view of the poor calculation accuracy of the bearing capacity of the ecological wallboard, a calculation methodfor the shear capacity of the wall plate based on the subsurface line is proposed. Based on the failure concept of principal tensilestress, the force condition of the ecological wall panel is calculated, and the theoretical value of the principal tensile stress is calculated. The calculated value of the shear capacity of the wallboard with or without wall column is obtained. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and high accuracy in calculation and experiment. Aiming at the problem ofeco - environmental impact caused by the construction of ecological wallboard, the environmental protection concept and closedproduction management are put forward.
