摘要 综合国内外相关研究资料,提出一种基于惩罚因子的建筑施工节能环保控制模型,利用科学惩罚体系对建筑施工过程中的环境污染、能源浪费等现象进行控制,阻止施工人员的不当行为。并以5家建筑施工企业施工过程的垃圾污染治理和节约能源为例进行实证分析。分析结果表明,该模型能够对施工过程中的污染和耗能等行为进行有效控制,达到了节能环保的目的。对中国建筑施工的发展具有重要意义,有利于建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会。 Based on the relevant research data at home and abroad, a model of energy conservation and environmental protection control for building construction based on penalty factor is proposed. The scientific punishment system is used to control the environmental pollution and energy waste during the construction process, and prevent the improper behavior of construction workers.The paper analyzes the garbage pollution control and energy conservation in the construction process of five construction enterprises.The analysis results show that the model can effectively control the pollution and energy consumption during the construction process,and achieve the goal of energy saving and environmental protection. It is of great significance to the development of China,s construction and construction, and is conducive to the establishment of a resource - saving and environment - friendly society.
