摘要
徐州市截污导流工程中污水处理厂达标后排入渠道,当出现水质超标需支持无人值守应急处理。该设计采用成熟的物联网技术、云平台技术、工业自动化控制技术,结合配套设备,对已有现地自控闸门系统进行整体设计,不改变现地控制单元,增加网络通道设计,增加通信协议设计,增加软件功能设计,实现闸门的远程控制应用。通过物联网和云技术组建的应用设计,可直接关闭远端闸门,停止超标水排放到渠道。该设计适用于无远程控制的自动化闸门控制系统。
In the sewage interception project of Xuzhou City, the sewage treatment plant is discharged into the channel afterreaching the standard. When the water quality exceeds the standard, it needs to support unattended emergency treatment. Thisdesign adopts mature Internet of Things (IOT) technology, cloud platform technology, industrial automation control technology.Combined with supporting equipment, the existing self - control gate system was redesigned without changing the local control unit, increasing network channel design and increasing communication protocol, design, add software function design. Remotecontrol application of gate was realized. Through the application design of the IOT and cloud technology, the remote gate can bedirectly closed to stop the discharge of water beyond the standard. This design is suitable for automated gate control systems without remote control.
