自体颗粒脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷的临床疗效与并发症研究

Clinical efficacy and complications research of fat granule auto-transplantation in the treatment of facial depression

目的探讨自体颗粒脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷的临床疗效与并发症发生情况。方法 70例面部凹陷患者,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组采用自体颗粒脂肪移植填充面部凹陷,对照组采用硅胶填充面部凹陷。比较两组治疗效果、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率97.1%高于对照组的82.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度94.3%高于对照组77.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率8.6%低于对照组的45.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体颗粒脂肪移植治疗面部凹陷效果突出,患者反馈良好且安全性高,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and prevalences of complications of fat granule auto-transplantation in the treatment of facial depression. Methods A total of 70 patients with facial depression were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization, 35 cases in each group. In the observation group, the facial depression was filled with fat granule auto-transplantation, in the control group, the facial depression was filled with silica gel. The treatment efficacy, satisfaction and occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than 82.9% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.3%, which was significantly higher than 77.1% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.6%, which was significantly lower than 45.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fat granule auto-transplantation in the treatment of facial depression has a prominent effect, good patients＇ feedback and high safety, and has a significant clinical application value.
