盐酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症患者的临床效果及安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Betahistine Hydrochloride in the treatment of vertigo patients

目的评价盐酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症患者的临床效果及安全性。方法 120例眩晕症患者,采用随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予盐酸倍他司汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、血液流变学指标。结果观察组患者总有效率为98.3%,显著高于对照组的88.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.0%(3/60),对照组患者不良反应发生率为6.7%(4/60),比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、全血粘度水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸倍他司汀可快速改善眩晕症患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,同时不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Betahistine Hydrochloride in the treatment of vertigo patients. Methods A total of 120 vertigo patients were divided into control group and observation group by random envelope method, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional therapy, patients in the observation group were given Betahistine Hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, adverse reactions and hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%, which was significantly higher than 88.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%（3/60）, and that in the control group was 6.7%（4/60）, there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The hematokrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and whole blood viscosity level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Betastatin Hydrochloride can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vertigo, improve the treatment effect, at the same time, with fewer adverse reactions and high safety, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
