健康教育对糖尿病并发视网膜病变的护理效果分析

Nursing effect analysis of health education for diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中健康教育的护理效果。方法 58例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为甲组和乙组,各29例。乙组患者给予常规护理,甲组患者在常规护理的基础上联合健康教育。比较两组患者健康知识掌握评分、护理满意度、血糖达标以及视力恢复情况。结果甲组的用药、运动、血糖控制、饮食掌握评分分别为(73.51±6.25)、(84.32±7.95)、(81.63±8.84)、(90.48±6.81)分,均大于乙组的(56.11±5.17)、(55.41±6.21)、(62.41±7.52)、(74.11±4.36)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组的护理满意度为96.55%,高于乙组的79.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组的血糖达标率、视力恢复率分别为89.66%、93.10%,均大于乙组的65.52%、72.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中,健康教育可确保患者熟练掌握健康知识,并提高护理满意度、血糖达标率以及视力恢复率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of health education for patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 58 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected as research objects and randomly divided into group A and group B, 29 cases in each group. Patients in group B were given conventional nursing, patients in group A were given health education on the basis of conventional nursing. The health knowledge mastery score, nursing satisfaction, reach standard blood glucose and vision recovery between the two groups were compared. Resutls The scores of medication, exercise, blood glucose control, diet control in the group A were（73.51±6.25） scores,（84.32±7.95） scores,（81.63±8.84） scores and（90.48±6.81） scores respectively, which were significantly higher than（56.11±5.17） scores,（55.41±6.21） scores,（62.41±7.52） scores and（74.11±4.36） in the group B, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of group A was 96.55%, which was significantly higher than 79.31% of group B, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The rates of reach standard blood glucose and visual acuity recovery in group A were 89.66% and 93.10% respectively, which were significantly higher than 65.52% and 72.41% in group B, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with diabetic retinopathy, health education can ensure that patients master health knowledge skillfully, and improve nursing satisfaction, reach standard blood glucose rate and visual acuity recovery rate, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
