克癀胶囊对小鼠急性湿疹模型的作用观察

Effect observation of model of acute eczema in mice treated by Kehuang capsule

目的观察克癀胶囊对小鼠急性湿疹模型的治疗效果。方法 79只KM小鼠,取10只小鼠为正常对照组,其余69只建立小鼠急性湿疹模型,造模动物因体重、造模制作成功程度淘汰9只小鼠,其余造模成功的动物按体重分层随机法随机分为模型对照组、皮敏消胶囊组(0.96 g/kg)、复方甘草酸苷胶囊组(0.045 g/kg)、克癀胶囊高剂量组(2.90 g/kg)、克癀胶囊中剂量组(1.45 g/kg)、克癀胶囊低剂量组(0.73 g/kg),每组10只。比较各组小鼠左右耳厚度差和左右耳重量差。结果模型对照组小鼠造模侧耳部发红、肿胀,正常对照组小鼠两耳色泽及厚度相近,其余各给药组右耳红肿程度状况不一。模型对照组小鼠左右耳厚度差(0.059±0.011)mm大于正常对照组(0.004±0.010)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明KM小鼠急性湿疹模型成立。克癀胶囊高剂量组、皮敏消胶囊组、复方甘草酸苷胶囊组小鼠左右耳厚度差低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型对照组小鼠的左右耳重量差大于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明KM小鼠急性湿疹模型成立。克癀胶囊高剂量组、皮敏消胶囊组、复方甘草酸苷胶囊组小鼠的左右耳厚度差低于模型对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克癀胶囊各剂量组对小鼠急性湿疹模型引起的耳廓肿胀均有不同程度的改善作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kehuang capsule on acute eczema in mice model. Methods A total of 79 KM mice were selected, 10 mice were taken as normal control group, acute eczema models were established in the remaining 69 mice. The model animals eliminated 9 mice because of the weight and the success degree of mold making. The rest successful animal models were according to weight stratification randomly divided into model control group, Piminxiao capsule group（0.96 g/kg）, Compound Glycyrrhizin capsule group（0.045 g/kg）, Kehuang capsule high dose group（2.90 g/kg）, Kehuang capsule middle dose group（1.45 g/kg）, Kehuang capsule low dose group（0.73 g/kg）, 10 mice in each group. The thickness difference of left and right ears and the weight difference between left and right ears in each group were compared. Results The mice in the model control group had red and swollen ears on the model side, the mice in the normal control group had similar color and thickness of the ears, and the other groups had different degree of red and swollen on right ears. The thickness difference between the left and right ears of the model control group was（0.059±0.011） mm which was significantly larger than（0.004±0.010） mm of the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, this indicated that the KM mouse model of acute eczema was established. The thickness difference of left and right ears between Kehuang capsule high dose group, Piminxiao capsule group and Compound Glycyrrhizin capsule group were significantly lower than that of model control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Each dose of Kehuang capsule can improve the auricle swelling caused by acute eczema in mice. All dose Kehuang capsule groups show that different degrees of improvement in the auricle swelling caused by acute eczema model in mice.
